Program Overview
Theoretically, e-mail should increase your productivity, but like many new technologies, improper application can be costly. Are you being efficient and effective with your e-mail?
Learn what you can do as an individual user to improve your e-mail habits.
Bette Frick, our program's host and e-mail expert, will be responding to questions during the show via e-mail. Participants will be able to see her responses live during the broadcast.
Real world examples shot on location are woven into the program. The examples illustrate many issues and best practices that occur in the workplace using e-mail.
